AMD has introduced their new Ryzen 9000X3D processor line, beginning with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU. This line continues the Ryzen 9000 household, with the Zen 5 structure and 2nd-Gen 3D V-Cache expertise.

One of many foremost enhancements over Ryzen 7000X3D is AMD transferring the 64MB cache beneath the CCD, placing the die nearer to the cooling answer. This retains the cores colder, enabling larger TDP, larger clock speeds, and finally, quicker efficiency.
