Introduction
Report Abstract
Three groups of eight individuals produced 5 visions for a citizen-centered cell ecosystem constructed on 6G infrastructure. Staff ACDC (Energy) developed a full backcasting pathway from neighborhood mesh networks again by means of open protocols to quick regulatory intervention on knowledge storage selection and compensation. Staff Native-AI/IY Token (Values & Companies, Civics & Neighborhood) proposed location-based AI info swimming pools and a knowledge-gated voting system for regulatory choices. Staff {Hardware} proposed bodily digicam/microphone switches and free low-speed IoT connectivity as a public good.
Widespread themes emerged throughout all groups: locality as the inspiration for sovereignty, EU regulatory energy because the lever for international change, and structure over coverage as the trail to real management. The groups converged on reciprocity as a design precept, whether or not in community participation, knowledgeable voting, or tiered entry fashions.
The 2-hour Friday afternoon session introduced collectively individuals who didn’t know one another, with clear variations in age, worldview, and character. Regardless of this, or maybe due to it, the teams discovered shared voice and produced substantive, novel combos of concepts. The backcasting methodology was interpreted in another way by every crew, starting from true temporal pathways to vision-first implementation steps.
