Lucas Merritt (aka merrittlj) shared this little wi-fi ortho break up named Aurora40. (Not related to splitkb’s Aurora sequence after all.)
The design itself was not too attention-grabbing or completely different from primarily each different keyboard, though for a clear and completed look (in addition to decreasing house and complexity), I opted to place the microcontroller on the underside aspect of the keyboard, permitting it to be hidden, in addition to permitting me to make use of an equivalent PCB for each halves with no alterations between them – Lucas.
The Aurora40 makes use of good!nanos for wi-fi connection, and tenting toes much like what we have seen on the not too long ago reviewed (and praised) Cornix:
