NOAA\u2019s Local weather Prediction Middle<\/a> (CPC) is forecasting a return to above-normal temperatures throughout the overwhelming majority of the U.S. through the week of Christmas, as you’ll be able to see within the map under. The one areas more likely to see near-normal or below-normal temperatures subsequent week are the northernmost parts of the West, Midwest, and Northeast. This can be a important departure from the December climate a lot of the U.S. has seen to date.<\/p>\n
